Transformation of a Person's Socio-Technological Culture Under the Influence of Changes in Social Technologies in a Digitalized Society

As a result of the development of the digitalization/digitalization process, a new phenomenon of convergent technologies has emerged. These technologies have changed the social reality, making success dependent on the technological competence and technological thinking. However, despite a significant number of scientific papers by domestic and foreign authors devoted to convergent technologies, the problems of socio-technological culture of personality and its dynamics in modern hybrid reality remain practically unexplored. Without a clear understanding of the modification of this important component of the general human culture, it is impossible to predict the prospects for the development of modern society. The purpose of the study is to identify the modifications of the socio-technological culture of a personality caused by the metamorphoses of social technologies in a digital (digitalized) society. The socio-technological culture of a personality is defined as a system of qualities that determine a person's ability to comprehend, evaluate and use social technologies. It is shown that the state of a person's socio-technological culture depends crucially on the content and structure of social technologies. For the first time, the study identifies the features of a new convergent technological culture formation: correct technological semantics, grounded realism, "smart" action, and development.
