The article overviews of the key reports of the participants of the international scientific and practical conference “Belgorod Frontline Readings: Strategic Priorities of State Cultural Policy: Echo of the Legal Forum” held on February 26, 2025, at Belgorod State National Research University. During the plenary and breakout sessions, the participants touched upon issues of state cultural policy, patriotism, youth education in the context of preserving Russia's cultural identity, noted the importance of traditional spiritual values and the need to update state policy in the field of culture. In addition, proposals were discussed on the architecture of legal forums based at Belgorod State National Research University and on the possibility of creating a laboratory to document and record the legal aspects of the Special Military Operation.
