Abstract

Digital transformation has a significant impact on various spheres of life and shapes a certain image of the society’s future. This image plays an important role in determining the social development prospects of the country, which makes its study relevant. Therefore, this work aims the identification of prospects of providing the pro-social image of Russia’s digital future in the public space of communications. To achieve it, the authors conducted an expert survey of representatives of the academic and business community. Based on the integration of expert assessments, the authors have identified the determination’s level of the future’s image by the processes of digital transformation, the dual nature of the current image of Russia's digital future, the substantial components of the prosocial image of Russia's digital future. The survey of experts made it possible to reveal the constructive potential of the prosocial image of the digital future of Russia in changing the social practices of the country’s population in the context of digital transformation. It has been revealed that the key challenges of presenting a prosocial image of the digital future in the public consciousness are associated with the spread of biased beliefs due to a lack of information about digital transformation, uncritical thinking, negative experiences or manipulative influences.
