Management of socio-pscyhological age of personnel while introducing innovations: the role of organizational culture

Abstract

The analysis of the factors influencing the viability of the personnel of modern enterprises in the conditions of changes in the technological structure and the action of age stereotypes is given. Based on the model of socio-psychological senior personnel developed and tested in the author's research, it is shown that the socio-psychological age of personnel depends on the specifics of organizational and cultural conditions and personnel management when introducing innovations. Thus, the organizational culture of the enterprise is defined as a key link in the process of social and psychological development of the personnel of companies with different involvement in innovative processes. The main management principles aimed at positive impact on the process of social and psychological aging of personnel are revealed. The key sequence of management actions in ensuring the company's movement in innovative development and in order to ensure the value readiness of personnel to accept innovations and, as a consequence, restraining the process of social and psychological aging, has been determined.
