Popularization of Family Values through Social and Cultural Activities in the Belgorod Region

Abstract

Preservation and popularization of traditional family values and organization of joint family leisure have always been among the priority activities of cultural and art institutions in the Belgorod region. The authors explore the initiatives implemented during the Year of the Family in Russia, including festivals, contests, family clubs, and other events aimed at strengthening the institution of family. The article highlights the role of cultural institutions in organizing family leisure activities, supporting large families, and preserving traditional values. The work also analyzes key projects such as "A Strong Family Means a Strong Russia," "The Anthem of the Family," and other ones, which contribute to family unity and the transmission of traditions between generations. The authors emphasize the importance of state policy in the field of family support and the role of socio-cultural technologies in shaping the value orientations of society.
