The modern idea of immortality is associated with the digital space, which implies the transformation of ideas about human corporeality and death. Though the problem of immortality has frequently been addressed in the history of philosophy, it was the emergence of digital technologies that made it possible to suggest a real opportunity to overcome death with the help of so-called digital immortality technology. The purpose of the study is to define the idea of digital immortality in the context of the axiology of transhumanism. The ethical foundations of the transhumanist worldview lie in a kind of axiology that expands the framework of ethics, acquiring legal status in the digital space, forming a new attitude to death. The discourse on digital immortality is part of this new axiology, determines the further prospects of social existence. To clarify the direction of the axiological analysis, the author defines the content of the "digital immortality"concept in the context of "personal immortality", "digital thanatology" and "digital ethics" concepts. The basic and derived values of the philosophy of transhumanism are considered, which serve as the basis for identifying and analyzing the values that define the idea of digital immortality. The purpose of the article is to study the idea of digital immortality in the context of the axiology of transhumanism. The scientific novelty of the article is determined by the axiological approach to the problem of digital immortality. As a result, moral values associated with the problem of digital immortality are determined, and prospects for the development of axiological ideas about digital immortality are revealed.
