Abstract

The Italian philosopher and Bakhtin scholar Augusto Ponzio was one of the first to draw attention to the parallels between Vygotsky's works and the Bakhtin heritage. His report "Reading Vygotsky and Bakhtin together" was presented at the first congress dedicated to Vygotsky, which was held in Rome in 1979, and after that it was repeatedly published in writing. The authors present its translation into Russian. This article precedes the translation with a brief comment.
