От проблемы природы психоза к феноменологической реформе психиатрии. Исторические и эпистемологические замечания о психиатрическом проекте Людвига Бинсвангера

Основное внимание уделяется одному из оригинальных направлений развития «феноменологического» течения в психиатрии, а именно психопатологическим исследованиям Людвига Бинсвангера. Посредством клинических и концептуальных проблем шизофрении, как они понимались в начале ХХ века, я постараюсь обрисовать и проанализировать взгляды Бинсвангера с исторической и гносеологической точек зрения. Особый подход Бинсвангера к пониманию шизофрении в рамках научного, медицинского и психиатрического контекстов того времени приведёт нас к определению эпистемологической базы, лежащей в основе его проекта реформирования психиатрии посредством феноменологии. Наконец, я попытаюсь рассмотреть и дополнить проект Бинсвангера в свете современной переоценки феноменологии в рамках продолжающихся дебатов о психопатологии, проводимых исследователями в научных областях,
а также в области философии сознания.
