Особенности социальных неравенств в здоровье пожилых людей в России и Европе: обзор исследований

Исследования возрастных различий в здоровье пожилых людей важны для понимания общей картины социетальных факторов неравенств. Работы, посвящённые изучению неравенств в здоровье, в основном рассматривают когорты среднего возраста, а здоровье пожилых людей и неравенства в здоровье пожилых людей встроены в подобный анализ. И моделирование, которое используется в подобных исследованиях, часто не рассматривает пожилых людей как отдельную когорту, равно как не обозначает факторы, влияющие на особенности здоровья пожилых людей. В связи с этим автором проведен анализ популяционных количественных исследований разных стран, посвящённых здоровью пожилых людей, рассмотрены факторы, которые влияют на субъективное здоровье пожилых людей в Европе и России. Сделан вывод о том, что наиболее значимое влияние на субъективное здоровье пожилых людей оказывают психосоциальные факторы и психологические ресурсы.
